He bought a sight unseen old boat…
He was too excited about winning,
To inquire if it would float.
He was after all, a fisherman,
More experienced than the rest.
He left the harbor the next morning,
Without a single safety vest.
Skyler noticed the shaky rattle,
Heading to sea against the tide.
The boat seemed to fall apart,
Offering up one hell of a ride.
Skyler never told friends his boat,
Was at the bottom of the sea.
