Ten years ago I played poker,
Until drawing a hand, too hard…
My poker face became worthless,
The day I couldn’t grab a card.
Health and age betrayed me,
My palm could hold no hand…
Roulette became impossible,
When I could no longer stand.
My hand could work a slot machine
But I’ve already won…
I spent six decades winning,
Used up the jackpots and I’m done
